FINAL PROJECT!

FINAL PROJECT

This is my final project. I took 6 pictures of two of the nicest vehicles in the parking lot of the school. I've seen lots of awesome angles for cars before in magazines and such so I had a good idea of how I wanted my pictures too look so I experimented and I like what I got out of it. The two vehicles are a Mustang and a Challenger. The only editing that was done on the pictures are the brightness/contrast and the levels.

My Close-ups, Bokehs, and out of focus background pictures

 For the close up pictures I got decently close and focused on the middle of the object so it all looked really focused and nice. For the Bokehs I put the camera settings to Manual and made the shutter speed as wide as it can go and I got as close to the object I could and focused right on the object as the background would fade and become really blurry. For the out of focus pictures this was the most difficult task. I put the camera setting to Manual and made the shutter speed about half way open and got RIGHT up to the object I was making out of focus and would just focus on the object behind it as best as I could.

This is my first photoshop portrait assignment. Since the people in each portrait naturally have nice skin and didn't need a whole lot changed, I changed a few blemishes under each of their eyes like bags and I also changed the colour of all of their hair colours to a dirty blonde colour.

Nature Reflections.

This is my first reflection photography assignment. My theme was nature, so like trees and the sky as well. I thought it was a cool picture because with taking the pictures off of the reflection of my ipod I got a tall reflection so I could include the sky with the trees or I got some of the ground or houses included into the picture as well. I edited all of the pictures in Photoshop. The basic things I changed about the pictures were the levels, hue and contrast, and the shadows and highlights to make the pictures in the reflection stand out a lot more then they would have without the editing. Pictures were taken March 6th and uploaded March 8th, 2013.

My Worms Eye View shots

In this photo, I took a picture of the edge of the stairs near the science wing of the school. The worms eye view is looking up the edge of the stairs while focusing on the lower half and blurring everything else out.

In this photo, I took a picture of the railing which was directly above the edge of the stairs. The worms eye view is looking up the railing at a slant angle while focusing in the middle of the railing.

In this photo, I took a picture of the railing bar. The worms eye view is as if a worm was on the railing bar looking up while focusing on the lower middle half of the bar.

In this photo, I took a picture of the stairs at an angle so the worms eye view is looking up the stairs really closely while at an angle. The focus point is on the first step of stairs in the middle.

I took this photo I took a picture of the stairs and the railing and the bar while looking up at it all on the platform before going up onto the stairs. The focus point was in the middle lower half of the stairs.

Hockey Inspired

Took the pictures and then edited it all in Photoshop. The picture is Hockey inspired.
